Raw numbers help to tell the story.  Attorneys at SGG have successfully represented more than 4,000 individual EB-5 investors in obtaining approval of the I-526 petition to establish EB-5 eligibility and obtain conditional residence, and SGG has assisted more than 1,400 individual EB-5 investors in obtaining approval of the I-829 petition to remove conditions. This level of success represents a substantial volume of the total EB-5 investor cases approved by USCIS and legacy INS over the 25-year period of the EB-5 program.
