IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY
MID-LEVEL OR SENIOR

SGG Immigration LLP (SGG), a 20-year old law firm with a national reputation, seeks an immigration attorney to work closely with clients on a wide range of business immigration and investment immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas. The ideal candidate will be a professional seeking to fit within a high-caliber law firm providing professional satisfaction and longer-term growth, working in a team-oriented environment alongside other seasoned, expert immigration attorneys and assistants. The experienced attorney will be responsible for the accurate and timely filing of petitions and applications and may supervise the work of paralegal staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Min. 5 years’ experience in field of business and/or investment immigration.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working with a team of attorneys and staff.

Salary Range:

Depending on experience – $80,000 > $140,000.
