 Hiring for Business Immigration Attorney 

Stone Grzegorek & Gonzalez LLP seeks a business immigration attorney who will work closely with clients on business immigration matters, including non-immigrant and immigrant visas.

Essential Functions

The ideal candidate will work in a team-oriented environment alongside other business immigration attorneys and staff, analyzing cases as well as supporting and advising clients in immigration program management and compliance.  The experienced attorney will be responsible for the accurate and timely filing of petitions and applications and may supervise the work of paralegal staff in document preparation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a business immigration attorney.
  • Experience working with immigrant and non-immigrant clients.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working with a team of attorneys and staff.
